The scarily real-looking <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nextechagrisolutions.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grains of Rice<\/a><\/strong><\/em> are made of potatoes, sweet potatoes and plastic. However, the rice remains hard even when cooked. It starts looking like Styrofoam when cold, and sticks into clumps. A consumer from Philippines claims that it rice does not spoil for as long as 3 weeks upon cooking! And, water comes out of it, when you squeeze it.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these shocking videos show a plastic-like layer appearing on top of water when the rice is cooked. Dry the layer, and it burns like plastic indeed.<\/p>\n<p>Worse is this <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ultra_Rice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">synthetic rice<\/a> being mixed with the real ones \u2013 one can only imagine how difficult it must be for the consumer to figure out that it\u2019s adulterated.<\/p>\n<p>There were reports of this synthetic rice being sold in Kerala, but they have been trashed by the state government.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"maxbutton-1 maxbutton maxbutton-enquire-now\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nextechagrisolutions.com\/contact-us\/\"><span class='mb-text'>Enquire Now<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ladies and Gentlemen, shocking (And scary, if I may add!) videos on the internet show \u201cfake rice\u201d from China, that have allegedly entered the Indian, Filipino, Indonesian, Malaysian and Vietnamese markets.
